Do I need prior brow experience?
Nope! This course is designed for beginners and those with some experience. You’ll get step-by-step guidance to go from unsure to confident, mastering every technique I teach.
How long will it take me to master the technique?
Every student learns at a different pace, but our phased approach ensures you gain confidence quickly.
Most students feel confident working independently within weeks of completing their course, and ongoing practice in your own time helps you master every skill.
Will I get support after the course?
Absolutely! You’ll have lifetime access to your online portal and our exclusive student community. I’m available to answer questions and provide guidance, but support is most effective if you’re active in the community portal—I can’t assist if you don’t drop in and engage.

What if I don’t have models for in-person training?
Ideally, bring 2 reliable models so you feel comfortable practicing. If you can’t, I can help you source models with at least 2 days’ notice.
Models are free of charge, and you’ll still get full hands-on experience and feedback.
What makes this course different from other brow training?

What if I can’t make the scheduled in-person date?
In-person training spots are limited to ensure 1:1 attention. After purchase, you’ll be directed to select your preferred training date. Please allow 2 business days for confirmation—Liv will contact you to confirm or suggest an alternate date if needed.
Rescheduling or cancellations:
- Requests 7+ days before your training can be accommodated.
- Requests within 7 days but more than 48 hours may incur an additional rescheduling fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your training forfeit your booking and will require full payment to reschedule.
This policy ensures your spot is reserved, the day is prepared, and every student receives the premium training experience. Full details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Will i get a certificate?
YES!, upon finishing the course, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion, which you can print out to showcase your new skills.
Disclaimer: Within Australia, there are currently NO certification requirements or government regulations within brow services, to hold a qualification to perform brow treatments on clients. The only qualification that can be obtained that recognizes brow treatments is a Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy, which can only be provided by an accredited beauty school or TAFE.
How do I access the online portal?
Once you enroll, you’ll receive a welcome email with your login details to our private online course portal. You’ll have lifetime access, so you can revisit the content anytime. Support and guidance are available through the portal—just make sure you’re active in the community to get the help you need.
